Trying to fulfill his dream of one day racing in NASCAR, Kory Rabenold and the Rabenold Racing Team keep plugging away in hopes of making the DREAM a REALITY.

Since his racing debut in 1/4 midgets at age 5 and competing for 8 years, Kory took a step up his racing ladder and began racing asphalt in the 4 cylinder division at age 13. At age 16, took another step and starting racing in an asphalt modified finishing the season with a 9th place in points. Kory then entered the world of the ROC Asphalt Modified Tour where he was the youngest driver to win a ROC feature event and also receiving the "2006 Rookie of the Year Award."

Knowing he had to do something else to pave his road, Kory left the modified divisions in 2007 to compete in the ARCA RE/MAX series. This series has a history of paving the way for young, up-and-coming drivers to get to the top level in the racing world.

With very little sponsorship funds, Kory Rabenold Racing has only be able to compete at a few tracks in the last 2 years in this series. But the team will not give up. The talented driver knows that with some good funding, this team has a good chance of finding success in the ARCA series. Kory Rabenold Racing has the drive and determination to become successful and will keep working hard to make the dream a reality.




ACCOMPLISHMENTS:


2007 Competed in 4 ARCA RE/MAX series races with a 12th & 16th at Pocono, 16th place finish at Toledo, and a 27th place finish at the Milwaukee Mile.
2006 Received the Checkered Flag Fan Club Rookie of the Year Stock Car award.
2006 8th place finish in the Mason Dixon Meltdown race held in Virginia
2006 ROC 8th place points finish and became the "ROC Rookie of the Year"
2006 Finished 2nd in the ROC 100 lap feature @ Mahoning Speedway.
2006 Received the "Hard Charger Award" in an ROC event at Oswego Speedway in NY. Came from 21st spot to 9th.
2006 Won $3000 to win 100 lap race @ Mahoning Speedway
2006 Won 30 lap feature event @ Mountain Speedway in a modified
2006 Won first ROC 100 lap feature event earning the title of the youngest competitor to win a feature event in the ROC
2005 9th place points finish in the asphalt modified class @ Mahoning Speedway in his rookie season and won his first 100 lap feature race. Kory won 3 out of 5 long distance races at this track and finished 2nd twice.
